If you decide you don't want the products you purchased from Jewelus.co (it happens!), we can offer a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Received a Faulty Item?
If an item is faulty, incorrectly described, or different from the sample shown (our apologies!), we'll fulfill our legal obligations and goodwill by offering a refund (including delivery charges) or a replacement product. You must return the item within a reasonable timeframe with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we can't offer compensation for return shipping costs if you're keeping other items from your original invoice.
How to Return an Online Order by Mail
If you received a faulty item in your online order and can't visit a store, please contact us through our customer care number for assistance.
Once we receive the package and confirm it meets the return policy criteria, we'll process your refund and send you a confirmation email. The refund should appear in your bank account within 3-5 business days after our notification. If there are any issues or your return doesn't meet our policy, we'll contact you before returning the package to you.
